We ship anywhere in the Philippines that couriers serve.

Standard shipping across the Philippines is ₱150, with free shipping on orders over ₱2,500.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or late Fridays will be processed on Monday (or the next business day if it’s a holiday).

Tracking updates can sometimes take a day or two. If it’s been longer, email us at care@wearnora.com and we’ll check for you. Once your order ships, it’s with the courier, but we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are clean, unworn (trying on is fine), unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the hang tag. For underwear, the hygiene sticker must also be intact. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we find that our return policy is being misused.

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. As long as your return meets our policy, we’ll handle the rest.

Returns are simple. Use our self-service return portal or email us at care@wearnora.com, and we'll assist you.

Yup—sale items, clearance pieces, and any freebies are not eligible for returns.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Returns from Metro Manila or the GMA typically take about a week; farther locations may take closer to two weeks. Thank you for your patience.

Only one code can be used per order.

A few reasons a code may not work:
- You’ve already used it.
- Your order doesn’t meet the minimum.
- Some items don’t qualify.
- Multiple codes cannot be stacked.
- The code has expired.
Payments

Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, PayPal, and bank transfer. Plenty of ways to pay.

Once your order is placed, payment details can’t be changed. If you need to use a different method, you’ll have to cancel the order and place a new one. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, feel free to reach out to us at care@wearnora.com.

If your payment isn’t going through, make sure your details match what’s on file with your bank or payment provider. You can also try another card or method. If it still won’t go through, reaching out to your bank or e-wallet support is usually the quickest fix.
Products

Hand or machine wash in cold or warm water with similar colors. For best results, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid ironing or tumble drying to maintain the fabric’s shape and feel.

Our underwear isn’t designed as period underwear (unless specifically called out), but it works well with tampons or pads on flow days. The V-shaped waistband sits low without squeezing, making it comfortable during pregnancy and just as good post-baby.

How long underwear lasts depends on how often you wear and wash it. Over time, the fabric stretches and the elastic wears out, which is completely normal.
A good rule of thumb is to replace them every 6–12 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear. Our fabric is soft and durable, but like anything used daily, it will gradually wear down from friction, washing, and normal body moisture. Treat your underwear with care, and they’ll last—just don’t hesitate to swap them out when it’s time.

We partner with a small factory in Vietnam that meets international standards for both people and the environment. Small-scale production allows for more care, less waste, and clothing that feels better for you and for the planet.

We visit our factories in person to see operations firsthand, meet the teams, and ensure they meet our standards. We focus on long-term partnerships for consistency and ethical practices, and maintain open communication and regular check-ins with all our partners.
